Since founding Arrow in 2009, Todd has broadened the firm’s investment platform into one of the leading owners and developers or mixed use commercial real estate in the United States. Recently this has included a partnership with China Everbright, Ltd. to form EB Arrow to extend its access to capital across a global platform and the acquisition of Capview Partners to expand investment capabilities in the net lease real estate sector.
Todd has overseen the investment of over $1.5 billion in retail real estate transactions across the U.S., deploying this capital in his role as the Senior Managing Partner of the CAPREF Fund. Since 2009, his primary focus has been managing Arrow’s platform, which acquired $500 million in retail real estate assets prior to the formation of the CAPREF fund, with several large institutional partners including The Carlyle Group, JP Morgan Asset Management and The Townsend Group.
Todd’s 25 years of industry experience includes roles as the Director of Acquisitions at Cypress Equities, a partner in AutoStar a $1.3 Billion joint-venture between iStar Financial and Cypress Equities and a position managing Staubach Investment Sales following eight years with Staubach Retail Services. During his time at Staubach, he was consistently one of the top retail brokers, managing expansion for retail clients across the country.
